Ms. Edwards is a hospitality creative, meetings professional, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience designing and producing impactful events that center community, connection, and care. A proud alumna of Howard University with a degree in Hospitality Management, she has built a career planning experiences ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conventions serving 3,000+ attendees.

Ms. Edwards currently serves as Director of Meetings at the National Art Education Association and is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Love, Confetti Events, a boutique event planning firm rooted in celebration, intention, and representation. Her professional background includes roles with organizations such as Walt Disney World Resorts and Hyatt Hotels, where she supported a wide range of conferences, conventions, and social events.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to inclusive experiences, Ms. Edwards brings a people-centered approach to both her professional work and board service. She is honored to support the mission and impact of The Rooted Wellness Institute through her service on its Board of Directors.
