Rooted Programs & Services
Our Approach to Healing
At The Rooted Wellness Institute™, our approach to healing is grounded in community care, mental health education, and culturally responsive engagement. We design programs that meet people where they are—honoring diverse lived experiences and centering wellness, connection, and restoration.
In this initial phase of our work, we are prioritizing the creation of healing-centered spaces for Black women, responding to a critical and ongoing need for culturally affirming wellness support. This focus reflects our commitment to addressing mental health disparities while laying the foundation for future programs that will serve children, families, and broader community partners.
