Ms. Parrilla is a dedicated education leader and is the editor-in-chief of the Maryland Family Magazine. She is also an education and digital-creator consultant with a strong commitment to advancing family engagement and equity. She serves as a board member for the Lillie May Carroll Jackson Charter School in Baltimore. Natasha distinguished herself as a visionary in building educational partnerships that drive children's academic success and development.

She skillfully directed government funding toward innovative programs and school replication grants. Ms. Parrilla holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, and Family Child Studies from Montclair State University.

Her expertise is further strengthened by prominent certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and in Marketing & Analytics from Harvard, establishing her as a sought-after facilitator at national conferences on key educational issues. Additionally, Ms. Parrilla's initiative, Growing Minds, received endorsement from First Lady Michelle Obama, underscoring her significant contributions.
