Dr. Prince is a Psychology Associate, organizational strategist, and the visionary behind The Rooted Wellness Institute™. She brings over a decade of experience spanning the justice system, nonprofit sector, schools, and private practice, where she has worked at the intersection of mental health, equity, and systems change.
With a doctorate in clinical psychology and a deep commitment to healing justice, Dr. Prince created The Rooted Wellness Institute™ to reimagine how wellness is accessed and experienced in historically marginalized communities. Her work is grounded in culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice and shaped by a belief that care should be communal, accessible, and rooted in the lived realities of those it seeks to serve.
Through her leadership, she combines clinical expertise, facilitation, and strategy to create spaces that foster reflection, emotional safety, and sustainable growth, beginning with Black women and expanding to schools, families, and community organizations.
